I have not been on here in a long time. With good reason. But anyway.. a small update. Ive been eating more and working out less than ever, yet, Ive lost 4 pounds. And my family is not happy. My friends and family have all told me that I look sick and that I better not being doing anything wrong (ie not eating, throwing up etc. ) I dont get it. I havent done anything but eat and sit around. And Im down to 119. I like it, dont get me wrong, but its annoying at the same time. Either way, I want to lose 3 pounds. I want to get down to 116 to start. Maybe if I get off my ass, that'll happen.

today has been good! had about 800 cals i think so far.. it's 6:45. I hope to be done eating, but this will take a lot of control for me. Im going to the gym in an hour for a small workout. I need to ease back into things.

Everyone has been doing so awesome lately! We all got through the weekend alive, though very full. :o( stupid weekends, and SUPERBOWL! gah. Well have a good night everyone!!

Oh PS.. 124 this morning.. I ate sooo much yesterday w. no purging. gross. I needed to purge but I couldn't get away from people. Stupid me. Stupid Stupid Stupid. Oh well, today is a new start and i love it!

holy shit.. i havent worked out since thursday.. and i've been eating so bad. I have a problem. .. tomorrow is the day that im going to get back on track, and I mean it. I have to. this is ridiculous. and im getting those "thoughts" again.. i cant have that. i wont hurt myself if i just control my eating and fucking workout. i dont know why im making a big deal out of working out. Im just so lazy, and getting onto a routine is the hardest part. i can do it though.. ive done it before! have a good day.. im gonna go back to bed. I've had sooo many brownies, nachos, and noodles today. CARBS are soo good to me right now. okay well... better update w/ weight tomorrow. about 123 or something still
